If you use any communication tools on the Platform (email, SMS, calls), you are solely responsible for compliance with laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

DLH CONSULTS is not liable for any misuse of our communication tools. You are the sender, controller, and content creator of any outbound communications.

 
7. Payments
If you purchase services through our Platform:

You agree to pay all applicable fees.
You authorize DLH CONSULTS to charge your payment method on file.
Subscription and one-time fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and surcharges.

10. Training Content

11. Data Storage and Account Termination
We may delete or deactivate accounts that:

Are inactive for more than 12 months,
Violate these Terms, or
Have unpaid balances.
We are not responsible for any data lost due to account termination or system errors.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You may not share your login credentials. If we suspect misuse, we may disable your account.

 
13. Login Credentials
